Nathan Berman sold a house that I owned in a neighborhood in Belmont. I can say that he was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. We have moved numerous times for work and Nate made this the easiest buying process we have ever experienced. He is very quick to respond, and goes out of his way to meet his clients timelines. He kept us consistently informed and updated on the process and next steps while working with our loan officer. We bought the house while in another state, Nate attended the inspection and the final walk through for us and gave detailed reports of findings. We can not recommend Nate highly enough. He made what can be a stressful process easy.
